Hi dad, thinking of you on this day, June 12, 2021, the one year anniversary of your passing. I still have not gotten used to not having you among us. But, I do feel your presence, and think of you often. Every time I see a beautiful sunset, a full moon, and nature in all its glory, I know you’re with me. Also, every football or soccer match reminds me of all the time we watched matches together. It’s an Olympic year this year, and I remember as a child, you waking us up in the middle of the night to watch Olympic or World Cup soccer matches; our football Sundays in Akron with our experimental pizza recipes. And, our road trips, and travels abroad. You were adventurous and you instilled that sense of adventure in all of us. You encouraged us to be curious about the world, and always eager to learn. We love you and miss you, always. ❤️
